The Development Authority has Established Two Concentrations for Business Opportunities in Pike County: 

Pike County Business Park – located on Hwy 19 South, 1.5 miles south of Zebulon; allows Pike County to consolidate traffic and activity along the current business corridor. With 148 acres, the Master Plan allows for 19 lots ranging in size from 3 to 16 acres. Lots can be combined to accommodate tenants' need for larger properties. 

Pike County Industrial Park – located along the designated industrial corridor of US 41 in Milner; between the county lines of Spalding and Lamar counties, this property is ideally situated in a high growth, high visibility area. A total of 64 acres is available for industrial and/or commercial development.
