SOLD! New Industry Moving to Pike!

At the February  2019 Regular Monthly Meeting, The Development Authority of Pike County accepted an offer from FJ Properties (Project Flying Jet) in the amount of $135,000.00 for Lot 4 of the Pike County Industrial Park. A press release will follow contingent upon completion of the closing process and appropriate permit acquisition (required by the state) for the industry.
